There are no standard, cookie-cutter solutions to integrating Mixed Reality and IoT into your unique processes and systems - we understand that.
That’s why we work with you every step of the way.
To make sure your investment in advanced technology delivers maximum positive impact, we begin by listening and learning about your existing situation, often accompanied by a site visit to your facility
With the insight from this initial meeting, our team of experts carefully consider and recommend a Mixed Reality solution customised to fit your particular needs.
Throughout the entire production, design and development phase, from proof-of-concept to final implementation, our designers and developers stay focused on the best user experience and interaction design principles, and thoroughly test and validate to ensure everything works as smoothly and intuitively as possible for the end user.

Internet of Things
Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) is an ecosystem where every device, machine and/or process is connected through a network of data communication systems. Each machine and piece of industrial equipment is embedded with or connected to sensors which generate relevant data
This data is then transferred to the cloud or software systems through data communication systems. The processing and analysis of this data provides feedback and insight that can help increase efficiency and better inform predictive maintenance.
IoT-driven predictive maintenance helps industrial businesses to streamline service schedules, but also requires reliable, easy-to-consume service information.
Augmented and Mixed Reality technologies integrating 3D models and IoT data allow manufacturers to implement AR and MR experiences that overlay relevant data and comprehensive instructions for working on a physical object.
This helps equipment operators gain easy access to vital information such as operating conditions and equipment performance. While predictive warnings, rapid recognition of parts and easy-to-follow repair sequences allow them to service items directly without the need for an expert on-site.
Values
- Transparency in data flow across IoT-enabled devices
- Enable a central repository of collected data for further processing
- Obtain a building block for data analytics and visualisation
- Refined insights of machine operations from the topdown view
- A pre-requisite for enhanced condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of fleets/machines
- A vendor-agnostic way to consolidate data across different devices
Empower your employees, and enhance their learning & development, service and training processes.
Digital Twin
Using data collected from sensors in these objects, assets, or systems – combined with artificial intelligence and data analytics – this digital representation can be used to:
- run simulations
- track performance
- and generate possible improvements
All this provides valuable real-time insight that can be applied back to the original physical object.
Digital Twins aren’t necessary for every manufacturer or product. However, for objects that are large and complex enough to need intense and regular flow of sensor data, they provide the benefits of:
- Better R&D
- Greater efficiency
- Insights needed for predictive maintenance
- Optimised product end-of-life
Some projects that benefit from digital twins are those in the sectors of:
- Engineering (systems)
- Automobile manufacturing
- Aircraft production
- Railcar design
- Manufacturing
- Power utilities
Additionally, Mixed Reality enables the live execution of these digital models in the real-world environment, and allows you to interact with layers of gathered data at the touch of your fingertips.
If you think your processes will benefit from a digital twin, get in touch and we can review your operations and help you to improve your products, optimise operations and scale your business with insights backed by data.
Holographic Simulations
Our holographic simulations are crafted with realistic, life-sized and scalable 3D holograms programmed with real-world physics.

Field Services, Remote & Guided Work
Expert Guided Workflow Solution
This approach effectively directs users through the workflow by synchronously superimposing annotations and pre-recorded action videos on the actual equipment. It also provides immediate feedback on the hand placement and action through colourcues and validation. Users would be able to conduct a quick revision, and self-directed practical training and inspection.
Key Features
- Concurrent display of work instructions and video playbacks over actual equipment for step by step guidance, ensuring consistency in training and work performance
- Integrated and automated checklist to track task performed
- Compatible for integration with your procurement system
- Automated visual check with predetermined tolerances or parameters for quality management
- Instant validation to determine the accuracy of hand position and task performed
- Remote assistance for off-site troubleshooting
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Remote Assist
The Dynamics 365 Remote Assist is instrumental in inspiring effective collaborations among technicians despite varied locations. Available on HoloLens, HoloLens 2, Android, and iOS devices.
Use case
- Collaborative maintenance and repair
- Remote inspections
- Knowledge sharing and training
Value
- Solve problems in real-time
- Walk the site without being on-site
- Communicate detailed and complex instructions visually
- Scale expert knowledge
- Bring critical information into view
- Combine video, screenshots, and annotations for more seamless workflows on the devices you already use
- Navigate Dynamics 365 Remote Assist on HoloLens with your voice
Expert Guided Workflow Solution
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides is a mixed-reality application for Microsoft HoloLens which gets the job done faster by allowing operators to learn when and where they are needed during workflow. These instruction cards are visually connected to the location where the work is to be performed and can include holographic pictures, videos and 3D models
No code platform
You don’t need professional 3D or programming expertise with the Dynamics 365 Guides. Start making a guide using the PC authoring app: step-by-step instructions along with pictures, video, and 3D holograms. All you need is the HoloLens app to connect the instruction cards and holograms to the physical workspace after you build the guide on a computer, by picking them up and moving them to the right position.
Values
- Enhance productivity with guided visuals on-the-go
- A catalyst to continually analyse and improve processes
